The Shmata Exchange

Had my first Buffalo Exchange experience today and it was a rewarding one or, as Phil said, exchanging one schmata for another.

Is he $55 richer? I think not!

So here’s the deal.
Bring in your gently used of the season stuff; clothes, jewelry, bags, etc. & they will judge go through them and select the ones they think they can sell.  Don’t be offended if they don’t take everything, remember…you have great taste, just not everyone’s taste 😉

If they decide to take any of your stuff, they’ll create a profile and give you 2 payout options, cash or store credit.  The store credit is higher than the cash for the obvious reasons but it’s your choice.
I went with the store credit mostly because I saw a couple of things that I wanted to buy so, walk the store beforehand and see if there is anything there before you decide…

The is the store at 1713 Chestnut in center city Philadelphia but they have stores across 17 states so find the Buffalo Exchange by you and have fun swapping shmatas!
