You Don’t Eat No Meat?

That’s ok, I make lamb!
Love that scene from My Big Fat Greek Wedding and growing up in a home where lamb was the meat of choice, I can totally relate 😉

Sooo, made another lamb roast tonight  only this time, with fresh rosemary and garlic.

Rubbed olive oil, salt and pepper throughout and placed garlic cloves into slits for extra flavor.

Side of roasted rosemary red bliss potatoes…

And family dinner is ready!
