The Coco Chanel Martini

I remember it like it was yesterday.
It was midsummer, we had just returned from a day at the beach and I was on a mission to stir up something cold and delicious.  Opening the freezer, I discovered an unopened bottle of Ciroc Coconut Vodka and thought.
How bad can this be?
Into the shaker I added the vodka, fresh pineapple juice and ice and a new favorite was created until…

3 oz Ciroc Coconut Vodka
1 oz St-Germain

Shake…
All ingredients over ice and strain into a Martini glass.
