Son Of An Immigrant

On our way to dinner at Maynard’s Cafe in Margate tonight and I kept mispronouncing the name of this down and dirty but popular local spot.

Finally, Jacob interrupts Phil’s mockery of me and says, “stop making fun of mama daddy, I’m the son of an Immigrant.” 🙂

The food was pretty decent but overshadowed by the colorful crowd that, in my opinion, is one drink away from a bar brawl that we ALMOST got to witness.  Those roudy kids!
Eighth Summer in Margate and it was our first and probably our last time at the ‘legendary’ institution.
