Zahav The Book

Spotted at Barnes & Noble today and decided to check out the reviews before buying it.

Needless to say, I got as far as ‘in Zahav: A World of Israeli Cooking, chef Michael Solomonov reveals the secret behind his acclaimed hummus and explains how to recreate the iconic Zahav lamb shoulder at home’ and knew I had to have it.

Zahav: A World of Israeli Cooking hit shelves TODAY and if you’re a fan like I am, Solomonov will discuss his book at the Free Library of Philadelphia Oct. 8 at 7:30 p.m. and Dizengoff will host a book signing Oct. 10 from 3-5pm.
