At sunset today, Sunday, September 13th, millions of Jews will be observing Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year and the first of the High Holy Days.
The two-day celebration, which begins on the first day of Tishrei is marked with a number of traditions, but food is one of the main customs that has lasted to the modern day so naturally, we will be celebrating by eating!
On the menu; roast chicken, rosemary baby potatoes and brussels sprouts.
