Kombucha

Didn’t know how far I would get tonight but managed to get 4 jars of kombucha going with SCOBY from a very generous friend.

Thanks to her and the many great how-to YouTube videos, I’m a mere 4 weeks away from enjoying my very own, homemade kombucha!

Can’t wait, let’s just hope that nothing goes wrong between now and then.

I know what you’re thinking, red and blue aren’t the most practical colors to use for this but it’s all I had plus, they sure do look pretty!

And now, they’re resting peacefully in a cool, dark spot under the kitchen sink…
