Yummy start to a lazy weekend?
Last night, we had dinner with the Wassermans; close friends, parents of Jacobs best friend Jonah and owners of Rouge.
SAMPAN, Michael Shulsons new place…same owner as IZYKAYA in the Borgata, was the place and WOW, it was awesome!
One of the benefits of dining with restaurateurs is that they all seem to know each other and by the same token, try to outdo each other. Well last night was no different and from the moment we say down, we were showered with house delicacies that only those on the inside get to experience. The food, while extremely delicious and somewhat spicey, was also appropriately portioned and perfectly prepared.
