To Peel or Not to Peel?
Also getting ready to make freshly squeezed carrot juice from these beautiful organic multi-colored carrots I picked up at Trader Joe’s and have a question…to peel or not to peel?
I usually peel but can’t seem to find the peeler. The hubby says it’s not necessary and even better in order to keep in the nutrients but let’s be clear. I’m Russian and he’s not and every self respecting Russian kid grew up drinking freshly squeezed carrot juice. Right?
We might not have had bread or bananas but carrot juice or, any other fresh juice was the lifeblood to a great Russian upbringing. My mama taught me to peel but then again, my papa always made his lamb well done so tell me, to peel the carrots before juicing them or not?

Thanks @martafrant do you peep or juice with the skin on? I found it a bit too bitter with the skin.
