Surfing Fail

Wish I could report that I my second and possibly last attempt at surfing was a success but I would be lying.
It was a big fat epic fall fail and I have the ass bruise to prove it. 
On Wednesday, Jacob and I took Stacy’s Surf & Paddle  ‘Moms and Groms’ class and while the main goal was to have fun…See how happy we look?

All I really wanted was to get up on the board.
THAT did not happen.
What did happen after 20 or so attempts at popping up is a major wipe out that left me icing my behind for the second day in a row.
We did have fun so I guess it wasn’t a total flop although it would’ve been nice for Jacob to see me ride in on a wave.

Next up, paddle board.
