Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac is taking customer service to the next level with their Canine Ambassadors.

Meet Daphnie, a St-Pierre breed -cross of Bernese Mountain Dog and Labernese. Trained by the Mira Foundation to become a guide dog, Daphnie’s kindness, outgoing nature and social skills led her to switch careers and become a Canine Ambassador. Now she joyfully spends her days meeting, greeting and making guests feel welcome.  She sure made Jacob feel right at home…hope Cleo the cat doesn’t read this!
