Not sure how she got the coveted gig but, Kristen Stewart transforms into a photojournalist for the new Chanel eyewear campaign, shot by Karl Lagerfeld.
The black and white images show the actress becoming ‘a charming photo-reporter, her gaze framed by the new optical eyewear and sunglasses’ explained the French fashion house in a statement.

Stewart follows in the footsteps of Claudia Schiffer, Linda Evangelista and Alice Dellal in modeling the brand’s frames and the latest shoot marks the third time she has starred in a Chanel campaign.
She also starred in Chanel’s Métiers d’Art Paris-Dallas campaign back in May, 2014.

‘The cool thing about this line was it was the perfect fit,’ she said of the campaign last year. ‘I didn’t feel I had to push outside myself. I didn’t have to try to turn into someone else.’
Hmmm, considering that you play the same character no matter the part this doesn’t surprise me Kristen.
