My roasted lamb breast on a bed of rice, chickpeas and pomegranates is a #foodporn masterpiece!
I cook a lot but this is by far the best thing that I’ve ever concocted.

For the lamb recipe, see the previous post and for the rice, you can do it the hard way or the Alya way (easy).
For the Alya way, open 2 cans of chickpeas, drain and mix into the lamb juice.
Pop in the oven for 15 minutes.
Make instant rice, add to chickpeas and give it an even mix.
Back into the oven for 10 min.
Sprinkle pomegranate to liking…trust me, it gives it a much needed soury kick…and voila!

Finish the lamb as per the recipe, serve and watch them melt like putty in your kitchen 😉
I only wish that I had made more!!!
