Breaking Bad was Badass

We finally finished binging Breaking Bad & man oh man, what took me so long? I can’t image having to wait week after week to watch it back when it first aired in 2008!

Even if you’re a diehard fan, here are 17 surprising things you probably never knew about ‘Breaking Bad’

• Major networks, like FX and HBO, passed on the show. 
• Jesse Pinkman was originally set to be killed off during season one. 
• The show wasn’t originally supposed to be filmed in Albuquerque, New Mexico, but there were financial incentives to do so.
• The iconic shot of Walter White tossing the pizza on the roof of his house was shot in one take and was only possible because the pizza was unsliced.
• No, you can’t learn how to make meth from watching the show.

Oh, and who watched El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie or, Better Call Saul? I liked the movie but not loving Saul as much in his own show as I did in BB. Fun Fact, Better Call Saul was going to be a comedy. The concept of a Saul Goodman spin-off started as early as season 2 of Breaking Bad, initially as a throwaway comment before the concept grew and grew.
