BBQ Pork Ribs

Corn on the cobb and a glass of Italian Ettore Germano Dolcetto d’Alba is what’s for dinner.
Dolcetto meaning “little sweet one” but really, a dry & delicious red wine. 
Yes, I’ve switched to red but only cause I ran out of white…don’t judge!

Dry rubbed and grilled pork ribs on the  George Foreman electric grill which I love!

And the only way to grill outdoors when you live in a city high-rise.

Beautiful night all concluded with a mean game of chess with the master himself.

Good night and how do you do the other white meat?
Wait, why did I make pork on Rosh Hashanah…yikes!
