Ingredients you ask?
1 Avocado sliced in quarters
1 cup of Grape Tomatoes cut in half
5 large green olives cut in half
Anchovies…the more the better for me but I know I’m not the norm…cut into small pieces…
Drizzle of Greek Style Feta Dressing, I used Trader Joe’s but any will do or, even bettet, crumpled feta cheese…
