As a Russian mom to an American-born child, I can totally relate to this article especially, the part about not believing in a “Kids’ Menu.” Ever since Jacob was a baby, he has been eating “Adult food” whatever that means. As a matter of fact, his very first solid food was sushi and remains his favorite to this day.
I hope that you enjoy the article AND this photo of me which was probably taken in the summer because another thing that Russian moms do is…no matter the season, they dress their kids in socks and head covers. ?
