Try My Tuna Salad

You won’t be disappointed and if you are, oh well…at least you I tried!
Simple, quick and tasty especially if you like tuna salad and egg salad.
Ingredients :

3 cans of your favorite tuna, I used the TraderJoe’s Albacore in water.
2 hardboiled eggs.
4 tablespoons of mayo.
Mix all of the ingredients with a fork…you want it a bit chunky, not smooth.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Scoop onto a toasted bagel and serve with crispy cold tomatoes.
