They say that if you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life.
From the moment that I laid my eyes on him, smelled his sweetness, touched his newborn skin, and changed his first diaper, I’ve been in love with this kid.

So, I guess you can say that for me, being a mother…his mother, has never been a job, but a privilege.

The road to motherhood was not an easy one. After many years of infertility and countless rounds of IVF, I was honored to be selected by his birth mother to be his forever mama. THAT I will never forget or take for granted.
No matter your road to motherhood, please be grateful, be present, and be mindful that there is no greater honor than to be a child’s mother.
