When Pigs…Swim!

Has anyone done this?  I’m looking for a cool family vaca and have had this on my bucket list since I first saw it a few years ago.  Swimming pigs island in Exuma sounds like the coolest experience but I’ve been doing a little research and it sounds a bit complicated to get to.  Any suggestions?  Recommendations where to stay and how to get there?  Thanks!
